Here at PHW, we do our best to work around your workforce so that their CPD doesn't manage to get in the way of their daily work load.  We assist with achieving such qualifications as Management NVQs.  These are at levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 and are aimed at individuals who are in management positions and who are keen to develop their management skills. All Management NVQs are applicable across business sectors and organisations.

Each level is linked to the manager's work role. Level 5 is for senior managers who direct the business or organisation. Level 4 is for middle managers, and level 3 is suitable for supervising managers. At level 2, the NVQ in Team Leading is suitable for those who are responsible for supervising and managing others in an operational role. This qualification represents an excellent opportunity to develop skills such as working with others, managing oneself, and coordinating the work of others.
